Book of Hope and Hope Educational Foundation
http://www.bookofhope.net/
In 1987, missionary and evangelist Bob Hoskins was asked by the Minister of Education in El Salvador to provide bibles to the country's 986,000 school children. Hoskins delivered what is now called the Book of Hope, with tremendous results. The country was caught in a wave of church revivals and students and their families committing their lives to Christ. It would be the beginning of an international venture to get the Word of God into the hands of children and youth around the world.
The Book of Hope publication combines the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John to tell the life story of Jesus Christ. The book reads in chronological order and features study questions. There is also a clear plan of salvation at the end of the book so children know how to accept Christ as their personal Savior. The Book of Hope is now available in more than 65 languages and dialects. It also comes in a variety of age-appropriate formats, which are culturally and emotionally relevant. To date, more than 270 million Books of Hope have been distributed worldwide.

Maji-Tech Engineering
http://www.majitech.com/
The worlds number one killer is unsafe water. This killer takes the lives of more than 25,000 people each day and is responsible for 80 percent of all sickness in the world. WorldServe has developed a unique strategy for the planting of churches in conjunction with the Assemblies of God leadership in Africa for the drilling of water wells. The purpose of this is to provide clean water while allowing the local A/G Church to build and maintain these water wells. It also enables new pastors to successfully grow gardens and create income from the sale of produce. With these wells, WorldServe hopes that churches will not only be looked upon as an oasis for physical sustenance, but also as a place to receive spiritual sustenance and life. For only $10,000, a water well can be drilled and people can be trained to properly operate the well equipment.
